Boyken International's project management team provides the leadership and management required to lead a client’s project from the proposal stage through final closeout and occupancy. We coordinate, administer, and communicate the project tasks and activities to all project team members.

It is, in the truest sense, driving the building process. It is accomplished through the processes of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
