Boyken International manages and drives contract compliance on a project by reviewing and recommending approval of pay request applications, proactively tracking construction shop drawing submittals and maintaining a shop drawing log for reconciliation with the contractors and consultants, and providing Change Order Control.
Boyken International assertively and proactively seeks resolution for all change requests and includes agreements in the contract change orders, and develops project specific claims avoidance and mitigation programs to head off disputes.
Boyken ensure deliveries are timely and that the finish materials for the project are correct according to design. We also facilitate and observe Technical “Punch List” Inspections where necessary and observe and report on the final inspection process to assure you the owner that you have received the project you envisioned.
