Our on-site construction management includes communication and coordination between all contracted parties and management of the general contractors. In addition, we manage monthly payment approvals and disbursements, change-order control and negotiations, OSHA safety compliance and the procurement of technical inspections and testing.

 

During each month of construction, Boyken provides progress reviews, based on job-site visits and other input. Owners receive verbal reports within 48 hours of site observations or review meetings. Management of the communication process is one of Boyken International’s strengths and leads to better schedule adherence and budget compliance.
