Our services can be applied with considerable flexibility at various stages of an assignment. This third-party participation provides a greater risk reduction for each of our clients. Our commitment is to protect their investments. Quality management is subdivided into three areas:
  • Quality Planning – Planning to do it right the first time
  • Quality Assurance (QA) – Implementing what has been planned
  • Quality Control – Monitoring specific project objectives to determine compliance with relevant quality standards
Quality Management is used for monitoring and reporting performance and work products of project participants for acceptability under established standards and to provide corrective actions as necessary.
