Prior to the owner's acceptance, Boyken International assembles all of the literature pertaining to the project to be included in the building's permanent library. This literature includes contractor submittals, as-built drawings, equipment owner's manuals, maintenance manuals, parts lists, a sequence of operations, and warranty information.
Overall, the success of a construction project can only be judged after a building is assembled and prepared for occupancy. The proper use of Boyken International’s quality assurance measures can dramatically reduce post-opening problems and can assist in the completion of a successful project.
