The Venetian Resort & Casino is a premier resort located on “The Strip” in the heart of Las Vegas. The entire property is themed in the enchanting style of Venice, Italy and boasts uncompromising dedication to detail and historical authenticity.
The completed Phase I included 3,036 suites in the Guest Tower, a 116,000 SF casino, 500,000 SF of meeting and convention space and a 63,000 SF health spa. In addition, the “Grand Canal Shoppes” offer 500,000 SF of specialty shops situated around a canal that measures almost a quarter of a mile.
Boyken International was retained by the owner to provide assistance in the development of the cost to complete for the unfinished work and to resolve outstanding change orders required to close out the project. Boyken also provided expert witness testimony on behalf of the owner.
