The scope of the project includes the development of two new hotels in the Bonnet Creek Resort in Orange County, Florida. The Hilton Hotel includes 1,000 guestroom keys and approximately 187,000 SF of public area including two restaurants, a coffee bar, a sports bar, pool grille, 28 meeting rooms, 3 boardrooms, a 36,000 SF grand ballroom, a 27,000 SF junior ballroom, administrative offices, and support facilities.

 

The Waldorf = Astoria Hotel includes 500 guestrooms, lobby lounge, a world class spa, three restaurants, a pool bar, 11 meeting rooms, an 8,000 SF ballroom, administrative offices and support facilities. A 1350-car parking deck is included in the project scope. The hotels are scheduled for completion in November 2009.
