The owner developed a two story, 64-bed acute care hospital with approximately 100,000 gross square feet. This facility includes an intensive care unit, eight operating rooms with the capacity to perform open heart procedures and an imaging facility with a 64 slice CT scanner as well as a 1.5T MRI unit. The scope also includes a dining facility, a helipad for rapid transit and administrative support spaces. The project was completed within the originally established budget and ahead of schedule.
