The Liberty Street Parking Garage is an 890-space, five-story parking facility that resembles a series of brick row houses and masks all cars from street view. The garage, built on a 1.28 acre city block, is in keeping with the aesthetics of Savannah’s Historic District.

 

This 303,000 SF facility is served by two elevators, three entrance lanes and three exit lanes, two of which are attended.

 

As program manager, Boyken International provided on-site owner’s representative services, cost and schedule management and quality assurance services for the City of Savannah. This relationship enabled the city to better define the program, craft successful agreements with designers and contractors, resulting in Savannah achieving a greater value for their investment.

The project was awarded an "International Parking Award of Excellence" in 2006 by the International Parking Institute.
