The project included the construction of a 300 room Ritz-Carlton Resort and 93 Ritz-Carlton condominiums. The property is situated on 144 acres stretching sea to sea from the Caribbean to the North Sound.

 

Boyken International provided professional construction consulting services including development management, construction review, costing services and dispute resolution. The project team was responsible for coordinating and validating costing, change order management and schedule management. The project team also provided expert services to ownership in support of the resolution of project disputes.
