Design Development Cost Estimate This service provides the owner with the most cost effective opportunity to make design changes prior to final construction documents. Our expertise derives from Boyken’s construction cost database and is developed from current monthly inspections and payment request reviews.

 

Final Construction Document Estimate This comprehensive construction estimate includes a complete quantitative survey, including the bill of materials and associated unit prices for the final design document or bid package. This cost estimate typically includes more cost information than is provided by the general contractor or subcontractors during bids or contract negotiations. The purpose of this estimate is to provide a final confirmation of the budget as well as a bid projection, which enables clients to negotiate the best price and reduce the chance of unexpected change orders during construction.
