Senior Cost Estimator

The successful candidate will undertake the production of cost estimating using the company's cost estimating system. Qualifications required include: understanding of pre-construction services, including RFP's, procurement, contacts, and the change order process; ability to self-perform cost estimates for all phases of a project; and to create independent cost analyses as required.

Qualifications required include: a boardroom presence, entrepreneurial approach, a solution-finding attitude, good computer skills and a proven record of successful project delivery on time and within the budget.

Requirements: Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years practical experience with a concentration in architectural and structural systems. Additional proficiency in MEP disciplines is highly favorable. A four-year degree in Engineering or Building Construction preferred. Candidates should be a licensed professional, such as PE, registered with the AIA, or be certified by AACE, ASPE or PMI. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in MC2 preferred.

Cost Estimator

The successful candidate will possess the ability to perform quantity takeoffs and assist in the production of cost estimates and experience on large-scale projects. Candidate must be a hard-working, self starter with the ability to use independent judgment in many tasks.

Mechanical Estimator

The successful candidate will possess the ability to perform quantity takeoffs and produce mechanical cost estimates. This challenging role will include estimating fire protection, plumbing, sheet metal and HVAC systems. The desired candidate will have experience in at least two of these disciplines.

Qualifications required include: a boardroom presence, entrepreneurial approach, a solution-finding attitude, good computer skills and a proven record of successful project delivery on time and within the budget.

Requirements: Experience on large-scale projects is desired. Candidate must be a hard-working, self starter with the ability to use independent judgment in many tasks. A four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction is required along with 2 to 4 years of estimating or pre-construction experience. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. QuickPen and MC2 experience desirable.
