Boyken International, has been awarded a General Services Administration Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule Contract. Specific services included under the contract are Strategic Planning for Technology Programs, Concept Development and Requirements Analysis, Test and Evaluation Services, and Acquisition and Life Cycle Management, including Program and Construction Management.
