The Connico/Boyken Advantage is a joint venture between Boyken International and Connico Incorporated, a certified DBE/WBE. Connico is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with offices in Cincinnati, Ohio. The team has worked on a number of projects since 1992, lending each endeavor a rich foundation of many years’ combined experience. With solid teams of estimators and schedulers, the partnership is well positioned to handle any major projects. The Connico/Boyken Advantage serves as an integral part of the design team throughout the entire project, and has proven success in cost projection accuracy due to this relationship with the design team.

Boyken/MHR is a joint venture between Boyken International and MHR International, a certified MBE/WBE firm. MHR International is headquartered in Atlanta Georgia, and also has offices in Saint Louis, Missouri. The team was formed to manage the program for the Georgia International Convention Center Hotel Headquarter project in College Park, Georgia for the owner, Grove Street Partners LLC. The proposed Convention Center Hotel is a 400-key full service hotel, including 370 standard guest rooms and 30 suites, a concierge lounge, a 12,000 square foot grand ballroom, 5,500 square feet of flexible meeting space and a café restaurant and bistro. Also included in the Phase I plan is a 144-key hotel, a high-end restaurant, a 175 space two-level parking deck, a 400-space four-level parking deck, and a 1,795-space seven-level parking garage. The Boyken/MHR team is providing program management services including cost and schedule management and quality assurance.
