Simon Mortimer leads Boyken International’s Program Management Operations from its headquarters in Atlanta. He plans and directs all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Simon is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals. He directs the staff development for the organization to ensure future growth. Simon has success-proven expertise in Program Management concepts, practices, and procedures and has significant experience in working with international companies to provide services in project management, financial planning, construction budgeting and accounting, marketing, legal administration, contract negotiation and staff hiring.
 
Simon began his career in the construction industry in 1975. Prior to joining Boyken International’s Caribbean operation in 1999, he managed a Caribbean program management firm and developed projects throughout the region. Simon holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in Civil Engineering: Integrated Industrial Training from The City University, London E.C. Simon is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (U.K.), and is a Certified Cost Engineer from AACE International; a Certified Construction Project Manager and holds Chartered Engineer Status from the Council of Engineering (U.K). He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
