Robert Ferguson leads the Houston, Texas office of Boyken International. He manages all aspects of its operations and ensures that Boyken's resources are well-matched to our clients' needs on a broad range of project types in the U.S. and abroad: healthcare, medical research, higher education, commercial and government. Robert supports and enhances our technical teams' performance by leveraging valuable lessons learned through his extensive background in construction industry project management, including estimating, scheduling, value engineering and procurement.
Robert’s career in the construction industry began in 1994 and includes a wide base of practical experience gained through high-profile project management roles with Boyken and leading development and construction companies. His technical expertise and pragmatic problem solving skills are complemented by his broad base of technical knowledge and proactive, collaborative approach to project management. With the Client's objectives and the success of the entire team always in mind, he brings each project team the principle benefit of creative, cost-effective solutions at every stage of the project. He is a Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Prior to beginning his civilian career, Robert served as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy.
