Jim Harrison provides financial management expertise to Boyken International and its clients. Jim’s involvement extends beyond his responsibilities as Boyken’s Chief Financial Officer. His extensive experience in the construction/design industry allow him to assist our clients in negotiating contracts, establishing financial controls, analyzing accounting and project cost records and preparing cost claims for legal disputes. He has experience in numerous countries including the Bahamas, Aruba, Antigua, Turks and Caicos, Nevis, St. Kitts, Anguilla, Mexico, Panama, and Great Britain. This experience not only provides a broad base of experience but it enables him and the Boyken Team to assist our clients in negotiating the unique nuances of doing business internationally.
Jim’s experience in the construction/design industry began in 1977. Prior to joining Boyken, Jim served as controller for an international full-service design firm, director of finance for an engineering and construction management firm. Additionally, he servered as manager of the accounting group for an architectural and interior design firm. Jim has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
