Howard Templin leads the Dallas, Texas office for all Boyken program management operations for projects such as luxury hotels and resorts, hospitals, medical office buildings, restaurants, higher education, commercial buildings, industrial facilities and churches. His experience includes managing design and construction on projects in the U.S. as well as Mexico and Latin America. He opened the Dallas office following Boyken's acquisition of the project services group of a Dallas-based architecture firm. With his extensive knowledge of the client’s side of the business as well as that of design profession, Howard brings a unique perspective; operational knowledge combined with a perspective on what is required to drive the design and construction of the client’s projects to successful completion.

 

Since 1972, Howard has successfully performed in the industry as a registered architect and interior designer in the state of Texas and as a construction/project manager for an international developer and private consulting companies. He has completed more than 18 million square feet of projects totaling more than $2.0 billion. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, the Texas Society of Architects and the Health Industry Council. Howard is also bilingual in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of Italian.
