Barry Stein leads the Atlanta office operations that includes a variety of project management assignments in Healthcare, Hospitality, Airports and Higher Education. His experience on these projects include master planning prior to program definition, budgeting, cost estimating, and financial analysis during the design phase, and Owner’s Representation and Construction Management including Quality Control and Quality Assurance, during site construction and closeout phases.

 

Barry has been directing construction projects since 1985. He is experienced in managing many simultaneous projects and facing grand opening deadlines that demand high energy participation by all parties. His skills and attitude are key components of successful project management for multi-faceted projects. He is a Certified Cost Engineer and an engineering graduate of Ohio State. Barry also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennsaw State University.
